According to act no. 78-17 form 6th January 1978 for computing, files and liberty, act no 2004-575 from 21st June 2004 for confidence in a digital economy, act no 2016-1321 from 7th Octobre 2016 for a digital republic and the “General Data Protection Regulation” (Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), GreenWITS informs the user, that:

GreenWITS, represented by its President Mr. Daniel Averbuch, is the controller of the personal data collected and processed via the website. To exercise the rights concerning personal data protection, the User can contact GreenWITS under the contact information provided hereabove.

GreenWITS collects and proceeds the user’s personal data (First Name, Last Name, Company, Email address, Job Title and possibly attached documents like resume that the user responding to GreenWITS’ employment offers would like to attach as well as the personal data contained therein) in order to :

  1. Respond to your contact requests transmitted via the website’s Contact form or provide you with specific information and/or promotions.
  2. To strengthen our business relationship with you, it may be necessary that:
    a. we store and process personal data to better understand your business needs and how we can improve our products and services;
    b. we use personal data to contact you about a GreenWITS offer that matches your business needs or to conduct online surveys to better understand our customers' needs,
  3. process your application to GreenWITS’ open employment offers within the recruitment process.

The website contains cookies from GreenWITS (session cookies) in order to enable an automatic reconnection. The user gives their consent to the processing of such personal data by accepting the use of cookies. At any time, the user may disable the cookies according to the parameters of its internet browser.

GreenWITS informs not to intend to share, sell or transfer personal data collected with any third party, without the user’s prior consent, unless being obliged by a legitimate reason (legal obligations, right of defense, etc.).

Furthermore, GREENWITS informs the User that:

  1. GREENWITS stores the personal data as long as 6 months, or for as long as necessary to resolve disputes and/or enforce our rights and agreements.
  2. The user has the rights, which the user may exercise by contacting GREENWITS as stated here above :
    a. To obtain from GREENWITS the confirmation whether or not personal data from the user is processed and to access personal data, to access to information about the personal data concerned (e.g.: purpose of processing, categories of personal data concerned, envisaged storage period or the criteria used for its determination) and the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing from GREENWITS,
    b. To obtain from GREENWITS for rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning the user (including the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement),
    c. To obtain from GREENWITS for erasure of personal data concerning the user (“Right to be forgotten”): GREENWITS is obliged to erase such personal data in certain cases (e.g. the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, see article 17 of the Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016),
    d. To obtain from GREENWITS restriction of processing the personal data in certain cases (e.g. if personal data have been unlawfully processed and the User opposes erasure and requests the restriction of their use instead, see article 18 of the Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016),
    e. To issue directives for the conservation, deletion and communication of personal data after death,
    f. The user also disposes of a right to data portability which means that the user has the right to receive from GREENWITS the user’s personal data provided to GREENWITS and to transmit such personal data to another controller (if technically feasible, the user has the right that GREENWITS transmits directly the personal data to the other controller ;
  3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL);

GREENWITS undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational security measures having regard to the risks inherent in the processing and to the nature of the personal data concerned in order to prevent any unauthorized access or processing of personal data.
