Job brief
Initially reporting directly to the President of the company and working closely with the other founders, your main tasks will be based on two main activities: listening to customers to better define the offers carried by the company, and business development through the acquisition of new customers.
Specifically, you will:
- contribute in particular in the first year, in liaison with the CTO and the disciplinary specialists, to the definition of new offers to be marketed. This will include consulting customers to offer them the most appropriate software and digital solutions by prioritizing the functionalities to be developed.
- develop and implement business development metrics
- deploy a CRM
- represent the company to customers Wind developers, operators and OEMs to promote our offers
- participate in trade fairs in France and abroad (3-4 per year at least)
- set up a prospecting strategy to detect "early adopters" and convince them to test GreenWITS offers, then in a second step retain them
- prepare commercial offers in liaison with the COO and discipline managers
- negotiate contracts with clients
- improve the company's visibility through social networks
